Screen printing is a stencil printing process.

As soon as your motif (up to size A3) has been created as a template, the screen can be used for different tops.  This method is great if you only have 1-2 motifs.

Do you want to print a lot of motifs and names on the shirt? If you had to create a separate template for each logo, you better take a look at this for this application sublimation shirts at.

Colorful motifs are possible, in four-color screen printing transfer, which results from the combination of offset printing and traditional screen printing, colorful motifs can also be produced.

If names are also desired, it makes no sense to create a screen for each name, so the name is plotted out of flex foil and then applied to the upper part with heat and glue.

Since this requires a certain amount of heat (so that the glue sticks), the name can only be applied to the hoodies, as these are more heat-resistant than the thin shirts.

**Graphics processing only occurs in the following cases: Vector graphics are processed free of charge and we will help you to implement your ideas. If the overall design is more complex, or if the submitted logos are not available in vector format (or a 300 dpi image), graphic processing is required before printing. You can order this "print file" from us or commission another graphics office to do it. What we need is a freely scalable vector file or 300dpi PNG file.

Graphics editing can help you, for example, to make a hand-drawn image "printable" or to improve a bad pixel file. The finished graphic not only serves as the ideal basis for our textile printing, but can also be used later for stickers or banners.
